Instructions to Set-Up Thomas MacLaren Account and D-11 Lunch Account

 

 

 

FIRST - Create a free account with Thomas MacLaren School:

  1. Go towww.MySchoolBucks.com
  2. Click on "Sign Up Free" (located in the middle of the page on the left-hand side)
  3. Select “Colorado
  4. Select “Thomas MacLaren School
  5. Continue entering information to create a new account.
  6. Click “Create Account

 

SECOND - Add Colorado Springs School District 11 to your account:

  1. Login to your account at www.MySchoolBucks.com
  2. Click on “Thomas MacLaren School” (located on top left of the page in blue)
  3. Select “(Add another school district)
  4. Select “Colorado” under Select State
  5. Select “Colorado Springs School District 11” under Select District
  6. Uncheck the box “Make this my primary district
  7. Click on “Add District”

 

THIRD - Add Student(s):

  1. Click on your profile which is the circle next to the shopping cart at the top right of the page
  2. Click on “My Students
  3. Click on “Add Student
  4. Click on “Select School” and choose Thomas MacLaren School
  5. Enter your Student’s Name, Birthdate (Student # is not necessary)
  6. Click “Find Student
  7. Confirm by clicking “Add Student
  8. You may now “Add Another Student” or click “Finish

 

To change between the two different School Districts, click on the “arrow” next to the school district name that is displayed and click on the School District you want.

 

Once the above steps are completed, you are all set up and will be able to see invoices (click on “School Store” then click on “School Invoices”), register your student for sports, or buy merchandise from Thomas MacLaren School. You will be able to add money to your student’s lunch account by clicking on Colorado Springs District 11. If you have any issues, please don’t hesitate to contact Staci Hanson at [email protected].
